Traffic stopped on 57 Freeway due to multiple vehicle accident

The 57 Freeway was stopped during morning rush hour traffic due to a mutli-vehicle accident. A Toyota Rav4 slammed on her breaks for slowing traffic causing her vehicle to strike a Nissan Altima on the other side of the highway. California Highway Patrol indicates that the driver of the Nissan Altima was forced into wall. While there was significant property damage, the car accident caused only minor injuries.
